About northshoreantifa

Our goal is to actively organize militant opposition to all forms of oppression, and to confront any groups or individuals that subscribe to or espouse hateful ideologies, making sure there is no platform or venue for these ideas to be spread. Racists, fascists, neo-Nazis, white-supremacists, and ever more increasingly xenophobic and classist Republican/right-wing rhetoric will not be tolerated and allowed to flourish in our area. Through community organizing we wish to educate and empower those who are most affected by such hateful ideologies and rhetoric. We aim to confront and drive out those who wish to oppress our community - preliminarily destroying seeds of hate wherever they appear and stopping their growth.

Neo-Nazi Security for Nov. 18th ‘Resist Marxism’ Rally in Boston

A group called “Resist Marxism” is planning a rally on Boston Common for Nov. 18th with “Free Speech Rally” organizer John Medlar, along with far-right “patriot” groups the Three Percenters, Oath Keepers, and Joey Gibson’s Patriot Prayer from the PNW. “Based Stickman” Kyle Chapman is also listed as a headlining speaker.

Historically, organized “anti-communism” and the opposing of perceived “cultural Marxism” have been dog-whistles for fascist activity. Alliances and collaboration between “patriot” groups/militias such as the III% and OK’s and white supremacists have long been visible. The “Rally For The Republic” attempts to make an explicit stance against fascism and racism. But when your talking points and overall message parrots those of neo-nazis and white nationalists, don’t be shocked when a number of your supporters are in fact neo-nazis and white nationalists and you get labeled as such by the public.

This is what only a quick glance at the list of attendees marked as “going” on the R4TR’s Facebook event turned up:

“Josh Cameron”, who’s real name is John Camden, of Manchester, NH is a white nationalist/neo-nazi and a member of NH American Guard, a group that has been tasked with providing security for the Resist Marxism rally on Nov. 18th.

Through our embedded sources we have learned that not only are there going to be white nationalists and neo-nazis present at the Nov. 18th rally in Boston, they have in fact been directly involved in the organizing of the event and have been tasked with providing security for the event. The screen shots below were taken from the private Resist Marxism organizing Facebook group.

The direct ties between hardcore white supremacists and the American Guard are well known and well documented. With their logo proudly displayed on the “Rally For The Republic” poster and having been hired as security for the event, it is clear that the organizers of R4TR are in direct collusion with neo-nazis.

Camden is a proud white nationalist member of the NH American Guard, and is friends with Kyle Chapman (Based Stickman) who is a headlining speaker of the Nov. 18th rally in Boston.

Most disturbingly, John Camden documented an all-day racist flyering mission during which he instructed his two young daughters to help him in the spreading of his hateful message.

Regardless of how many times Resist Marxism and Boston Free Speech try to distance themselves from white nationalists and neo-nazis, the fact is that those are the people who make up the base of their support, the people they are organizing with, and who these rallies are resonating most with.

Back to School: Combating Fascist Propaganda in Boston

As summer’s end approaches, thousands of students from Boston area colleges and universities will be heading back to class. The past two semesters we saw a handful of stickers and posters promoting far-right and fascist propaganda on several campuses in Boston and on the North Shore. One group in particular, Identity Evropa – a white supremacist identitarian organization run by Nathan Damigo, has previously shown slightly more effort in their attempts to spread fascist propaganda in the area.

Screen Shot 2017-07-26 at 7.23.09 PMSeen on UMass Boston’s campus in February

During last month’s right-wingnut “Anti-Sharia Law” protest on the Common, someone who seemed to slip under our radar that day was repping IE and slapped up a few of their trashy stickers, after all – not all fascists are as easily identifiable as the Proud Boys. However, we can confidently assume whoever it was had a Richard Spencer-esque turd shaped hairdo. (More like a hair-don’t)

On July 9th more stickers were put up in the city of Boston, as well as on July 19th in the area of “some local trails”.

They even gave our very own sticker campaign a creepy fascist shout out!

Screen Shot 2017-07-26 at 7.05.23 PMBet there are more of us putting them up 100x faster than you can “fix” them!

But seriously, if you see any of these Identity Evropa stickers or posters around, please take the liberty of ripping them off or completely defacing them in some way – trust us, it feels really good. And while you’re at it, put up some antifascist stickers in their place – it also feels really good. Stickers, posters, and other street propaganda might not seem like that big of a deal in the grand scheme of the current socio-political-cultural whirlwind we find ourselves in – but it truly is a legitimate tactic in the fight against the far-right. So much so that they are increasingly using this tactic despite their unfamiliarity with street culture, we’ve been vandals and graffiti writers for a long time.

Screen Shot 2017-07-26 at 7.57.46 PM

It’s Going Down has some pretty rad resources for countering fascist propaganda, and some designs for posters and stickers specifically against Identity Evropa, which can be found HERE. Get out there and keep Boston a visibly antifascist zone. The streets are ours!

‘Low Energy’ From Hate Groups at Boston Anti-Muslim Rally

A small, low-energy, group of “anti-Sharia Law” protestors including a handful of local Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and “Kek” losers were met by a contingent of about 15 antifascists today on Boston Common. The antifascists and their allies shouted them down and humiliated them throughout their boring rally. No violence or arrests occurred, aside from a quick shoving match between a few antifa and alt-righters.

When the racist rally finally wrapped up, some antifas followed a group of Proud Boys out of the Common to the Union Oyster House in Downtown Boston, where they were likely celebrating their perceived victory over a few rounds of Mich-Ultras. In their stupor, they failed to notice they were being followed and surveilled throughout their entire outing.

Unfortunately for Austin, he was spotted a few hours later walking near Government Center when folks leaving the nearby Pride Parade recognized his Proud Boy uniform. From what we’ve heard he got to meet the receiving end of a lit cigarette and took home a knuckle-sandwich. Maybe next time Austin will second guess his involvement with organized white supremacists, or just be a not-so proud boy. The silly Fred Perry shirts and lack of security culture make it really easy to ID these clowns.

Videos, pictures, and information from the antifascist actions around the country today are still coming in – but it looks like Islamaphobes and Proud Boys got BTFO and humiliated everywhere today.

Proud Boys and the-like are not welcome in Boston, or anywhere, and they will always be met with resistance wherever they try to organize.

Anti-Muslim March in Boston Attracts ‘Proud Boy’ Fascists

Tomorrow – Saturday June 10th, all over the United States, Act for America has called for marches against “Sharia Law”, which is clearly a thinly veiled stab at the Muslim community, given that Donald Trump is in office with GOP House and Senate majorities.

The United States is not at risk for Sharia Law.

However, our Muslim brothers and sisters throughout the world are at risk from racist and violent policies as well as rhetoric. In word and in deed, the growing alt-right movement continues to merge with neo-Nazis, Klan, Southern Confederate groups and others who advocate “free speech” to support policies that threaten Muslims worldwide.

Screen Shot 2017-06-07 at 10.21.22 AM.png

The Boston march is set to gather around 10AM near the Park Street T stop on Boston Common. The public Facebook event features an attendance list of local “Proud Boy” fascists, Three Percenters, Oathkeepers and other Islamaphobes & “patriots” of white supremacy, most of whom are known to us after their free speech circle jerk in Boston on May 13th.

For more information on the “Proud Boys” and their open connections with neo-nazis, see this post from It’s Going Down.

To be clear, this rally for Christian supremacy has nothing to do with the First Amendment and everything to do with promoting terrorism against minorities. In the last week two people lost their lives in Portland (Ricky Best and Taliesin Namkai-Meche), knifed to death after attempting to defend a Muslim woman from a known white supremacist spewing hate speech on the light-rail. This isn’t an isolated event. America’s own law enforcement organs state that the vast majority of fatal attacks on U.S. soil are carried out by white supremacists. This particular gathering of racists is particularly problematic in that it is taking place in the same vicinity and timeframe of Boston’s Pride festivities.

One of these far-right agitators could very well be the next Jeremy Christian, so remember these faces.

May 13 – All out against the stickmen!

Calling on all Boston area leftists, radicals, and antifascists to join our community in opposing the alt-right “free speech” (hate speech) rally on May 13th at 12pm in Boston Common, and in the spirit of resistance and solidarity, turn up for the antifascist bloc party! In light of recent violence by racist Trump supporters and threats from alt-right groups associated with this “free speech” event, we are calling for a community self-defense bloc and encouraging preparedness to defend against any fascist assaults from the several far-right skinhead, militia, and patriot groups traveling from outside of the city looking for a fight. Let’s protect our communities, and each other. Stick nazis fuck off!

Boston “Freeze Peach Rally” May 13, Stickmen cometh

Apparently the alt-right and other fascist sympathizers are going to attempt a Berkeley-esque “Free Speech” rally here in Boston on May 13. According to the brave patriots of 4chan, they basically want an anti-antifa rally to get together and LARP around as the “Based Stickman” and maybe get to meet some of us face to face for a street fight.
Screen Shot 2017-04-23 at 10.13.47 AM

A Facebook event page has been created for the rally:
Screen Shot 2017-04-23 at 10.15.55 AM
This event page is listed as being hosted by “Boston Free Speech”, however previously when we first saw the original posting of the event page it was hosted by someone named Matthew Silva from Rhode Island. It’s pretty safe to say this person is the one behind the “Boston Free Speech” page & event.
Screen Shot 2017-04-23 at 10.50.21 AM.png

The language in the posts and threads about this rally suggests that their entire plan is in them hoping that antifa will show up to fight them, so their small group doesn’t end up looking stupid in their stickman gear. We certainly have the upper hand in how this supposed rally goes down and how it is perceived, if it even happens at all.

(Craigslist ad from Manchester, NH looking for people with military experience to confront antifa, Reddit and 4chan threads with lots of info from them)

Just take a look at some of the people that want to instigate violence with Boston area leftists by looking at who are listed as going on the public Facebook event page: (these people really have zero concept of internet security culture)

Screen Shot 2017-04-24 at 10.12.43 AM

Based Stickman wannabe and Three Percenter Rawn Strout here from Maine seems intent on partaking in violence on May 13 in Boston, someone to keep an eye on.

So yeah, this is a thing that might be happening? Please plan accordingly with your affinity groups if you intend on opposing this rally in any way and be safe.

And to those who plan on joining this “Free Speech Rally”, just remember:

Alt-Right Troll Couple ‘Dustin’ & ‘Quinn’ behind FAKE ‘Boston Antifa’

Last month we published an article on It’s Going Down explaining the situation that we’ve been dealing with after our Boston Antifa Facebook page was deleted and subsequently hijacked by some unknown trolls. For the past month and a half, “Dustin” and “Quinn” have been posing as “Boston Antifa” on Facebook and youtube (and now twitter), creating videos and making posts that would make any real antifascist cringe. These posts have also made the alt-right meme community cringe as well, having been duped into believing these clowns were representative of our movement and turning it into a laughing stock.

Notice how many Alt-Right neo-Nazis are liking their posts? There is a reason for that.

‘Boston Antifa’ tried to present themselves as an offshoot of antifa, who wanted to “reform” the movement. They used photos and video clips taken from actual Boston Antifa actions and used them as their own in their videos, and often specifically targeted North Shore Antifa as being provocateurs or alt-right trolls. For the majority of our comrades, there was no confusion as to North Shore’s legitimacy and the Boston Antifa page being run by trolls, but for the alt-right fucks that thought they were legit and the many folks who unknowingly interacted with these people, we hate to say it: we told you so.

Thanks to the outstanding work of the comrades in our tech team, we are happy to present to you the real fascist troll couple “Dustin” and “Quinn” behind the fake Boston Antifa accounts:

This information suggests it is more than likely they are in the Eugene, OR area.

“Quinn” is Alexis Esteb

“Dustin” is Brandon Krebs

We believe his FB page is currently deleted.

Brandon may also have ties to these areas in Indiana.

Hopefully this information can be of use to comrades in the Eugene, OR area!
